Use your signal
Your signal is used to signal to other drivers whether you’re merging, taking a left or a right. Though this may be an obvious statement that most drivers already know, there are still a few drivers who don’t habitually use their signal to communicate to other drivers. Therefore, how are other drivers to know what you’re doing? Not using your signal can actually be a major cause to an accident.
Wear your seat belt
Another obvious habit is to use your seat belt. By not using a seat belt, you’re literally risking your life. Learn to use your seat belt. By using it every time you hit the road, you are diminishing your chances of injury in case an accident does occur.
Avoid texting on the road
Texting is one of the worst possible activities you can do on the road. This can draw your attention away during driving when you need it the most.
